Who do you trust more: the company that tells you what you need, or the one that actually wants to understand it?

That's not a rhetorical question. It's the reason Hargravity exists.

Origin

It started with a client who deserved better.

Our first client came to us having gone through what most small businesses go through: a developer who built the site, handed it over, and gradually disappeared. Not out of malice. That's just how the industry works. Developers need new clients to keep the lights on, so existing ones naturally fall down the priority list.

The project ends. The support fades. And the business owner is left holding something they don't fully understand, with no one to call when things go sideways.

When our first client told us this, it wasn't just a complaint — it was a question. Does it have to be this way?

It doesn't. And Hargravity is the answer to that question.

Founder

I'm not a developer who learned business. I'm the other way around.

Before I wrote a line of code, I spent years in retail sales, warehousing, operations, management and auditing. I know what it's like to be in the middle of a busy period, something breaks on your website, and the person who built it isn't picking up.

I know what it feels like to be under-supported when you're trying to perform at your best.

That experience is baked into everything Hargravity does. I don't approach your business as a technical problem to solve — I approach it the same way I would if I were standing in your warehouse trying to figure out why the numbers aren't adding up.

What We Believe

A few things we won't compromise on.

Relationships over transactions.

Every client we work with is a long-term relationship, not a one-off job. Your business is always evolving and so is our support of it. We don't disappear at go-live.

The right tech for right now.

We're not here to sell you a platform you'll grow into in three years. We match the stack to where your business actually is, with a clear path forward as you scale.

Scale with you, not ahead of you.

When it's time to add capability, that decision is driven by your data, not our next sale. We only recommend what genuinely moves the needle at your current stage.

You should always know what you're paying and why.

Surprises are for birthdays. Not invoices.

How It Works

Simple, transparent, and built around you.

01

Discovery call (free)

We talk. No pitch, no pressure. I want to understand your business, your goals, and what's not working before we discuss anything else.

02

Your quote

After the call, Iris and I review your discovery notes and put together a detailed quote. The quote comes with a price range: you know the floor and the ceiling before anything starts.

03

$299 deposit to begin

Once you're happy with the quote, a $299 deposit gets development started. That deposit is applied directly to your first 12 months of basic hosting.

04

You review the build

When the site is ready, you review it. Amendments are made at your request. We don't publish until you're genuinely happy.

05

You set the final price

Before go-live, we talk through the value of what's been built, and you tell us where in the quoted range it lands for you. No pressure, no hard sell.

06

Payment your way

We offer flexible, small-business-friendly payment options because a better digital presence shouldn't require a massive capital outlay.

Where We're Headed

We're building something bigger than websites.

The website is the starting point. It's where your digital presence begins and where Iris starts learning your business. But the vision doesn't stop there.

We're actively building Iris's capability beyond the website: starting with marketing analysis across Google, Meta and TikTok, so you can see exactly what's working and what's wasting your budget.

Small businesses are where we start. Keeping them in motion is where we're going.

Ready to have a conversation?

No forms with fifteen fields. No automated follow-up sequence. Just a real conversation about your business and whether we're a good fit for each other.
